Refund and Return Policy at Main IPTV

We strive to provide our customers with exceptional service and a high-quality experience. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your subscription, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Trial period for the Main IPTV subscription:

We offer you a 7-day trial period during which you can test our services without any consequences. If you decide that our services do not suit you, you can cancel the Main IPTV subscription.

Notes :

  • 1-month codes are non-refundable because we cannot remove 1 credit.
  • Credit card or PayPal transaction fees are non-refundable.

2. Cancel the subscription: 

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. However, we only offer refunds for the remaining full months of the IPTV subscription period. To cancel, please contact our support team with your account details.

3. No Refund for Partial Usage:

There is no refund for partially used months. The service will continue after cancellation until the end of the paid period.

4. Technical Issues:

If you encounter technical issues preventing you from using our services, please contact us. Our team will work diligently to resolve the issue. If a solution cannot be found, a refund for the remaining subscription period will be issued.

5. Service Modifications:

If you are not satisfied with the changes made to our services, we encourage our customers to contact us to resolve the issue before requesting a refund.

6. Refund Procedure for Main IPTV Subscription:

Once the refund is approved, a refund will be processed according to the original payment method within 14 business days.
